Hickman is an expert in intellectual property law certified by the Florida Bar Board and a licensed patent attorney. He has experience working on leading commercial and contractual matters, including multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions involving publicly traded companies and celebrities. He assists his clients in the creation and management of intellectual property portfolios, trademark licensing and anti-counterfeiting issues, including in-depth anti-counterfeiting work, as well as the creation and supervision of portfolios of global brands.
